We launched in May 2022, founded by Seattle-based artists Yin and Ray - aka @carnipanda_tattoo and @quindaytattoos.

Off-Gray was born of the shared passion for pushing the boundaries of tattooing while staying true to its rich history and culture.

Our ultimate purpose with the studio is to create a constantly evolving space, transforming through our community and creativity.

They even offer beverages and snacks to keep you hydrated and blood sugar up during those longer sessions! Love bringing in my own spare packaged snacks to contribute to the snack table. I’ve yet the pleasure to work with Yin but I’ve been getting tattooed by Ray for a few years now and even had the pleasure of a piece from their current apprentice Yungee. The art that these three produce is unbelievable. Ray is such a personable artist to work with and he truly makes it feel like you’re collaborating with a friend to make a piece of amazing art come to life. If you’re lucky, you may even get to see Yin or Ray’s dogs as they visit the shop too :)!"
